Rachael bachler Bitz broke the law in August 20 20 when Governor Insley of Washington state set out a Covid mandate
In July of 2020, Washington state governor Jay Inslee put out the following Covid Public health order about wedding gatherings.
The order stated that “indoor occupancy is limited to …30 people if and only if 6 feet of physical distancing between households can be achieved.”
